The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced imposing restrictions on the activities and business that Asyaf Investment Co. is licensed to conduct.

Such restrictions include banning the company from offering fund units, accepting any subscriptions in public or private investment funds, increasing assets under management, or onboarding any new clients, in accordance with paragraph (a) of Article (62) of the Capital Market Law, the regulator said in a statement.

This aligns with the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30), dated 02/06/1424H, and its implementing regulations.
