Health Holding Co. announced the transfer of the first batch of Ministry of Health employees to the health clusters, which included the transfer of more than 62,000 healthcare and administrative staff across the clusters.
In a statement, the company said the offer acceptance rate reached 99.9%, while the rejection rate was less than 0.001%, representing 48 employees out of the total transfer requests. Most of the rejections were related to employees nearing retirement.
It explained that the first batch included three health clusters: Riyadh Second Health Cluster, Eastern Health Cluster, and Qassim Health Cluster, noting that Health Holding will continue implementing the plan to transfer the remaining clusters.
The company stated that this transfer comes as part of efforts to advance the transformation of the healthcare sector under Saudi Vision 2030, contributing to strengthening the Saudi healthcare delivery model, improving service quality, facilitating access to care, and empowering national healthcare talent.
