Academy of Learning inks SAR 72.3M training contract

AOL signs a training contract with Taaluom

Academy of Learning Co. (AOL) signed a training contract with Education Support Association (Taaluom), with a total value of SAR 72.27 million, inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract was awarded and signed today, Jan. 11, for a one-year term.

The agreement covers the delivery of various employment-linked training programs for 600 beneficiaries of the social security program.

The company expects the financial impact of the contract to begin in the second half of 2026, noting that there are no related parties involved.

AOL added that the agreement aligns with its strategy to expand employment-linked education and training programs, optimize the utilization of its existing operational infrastructure, and support human capital development goals in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
