2P renews SAR 135M credit facility with Alinma Bank

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed today, Jan. 18, a deal with Alinma Bank to renew a Shariah-compliant banking facility worth SAR 135 million.

 

In a Tadawul statement, the company said the facilities extend until Jan. 18, 2027, and are intended to finance new project contracts, letters of credit, and guarantees.

 

The facilities are secured by a promissory note for the full amount.

 

No related parties were involved in the deal, 2P added.
