Al Rasheed extends MoU with Taif Shipping for 90 days

Mohammed Hadi Al Rasheed and Partners Co. (Al Rasheed) extended the non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Taif Shipping Co. for 90 more days from the expiry date of the previous term.

 

The extension came in order to discuss and evaluate the planned transaction’s investment aspects and to complete the related regulatory clearances, Al Rasheed added in a statement to Tadawul today, Jan. 19.

 

The Nomu-listed company committed to announce any material developments regarding the MoU in due course.

 

According to Argaam’s data, Al Rasheed signed, on Oct. 20, 2025, a preliminary, non-binding MoU with Taif Shipping to acquire a stake in the latter.

 

Taif Shipping engages in services related to oil and gas extraction, transportation, and blending of silica sand and chemicals used in sector-related operations.
