Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) issued a US dollar-denominated sukuk with a 10-year tenor, Reuters reported, citing a regulatory document it reviewed today.
According to the agency, the price guidance for the record sukuk issuance was set at 120 basis points over US Treasuries.
The sukuk issue was launched on Wednesday, with Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, and Standard Chartered acting as global coordinators.
The agency added that PIF received over $13.1 billion in demand for the sukuk.
