FADECO board appoints new nomination & remuneration committee member

Arabian Food and Dairy Factories Co.’s (FADECO) board of directors accepted on Jan. 14, the resignation of Ashwaq Al-Ruwaili from her membership and secretariat role on the nomination and remuneration committee.

 

As of Jan. 14, Amal Al-Rowaished was named member of the nomination and remuneration committee, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, Jan. 28.
