Keir International Co.’s board of directors decided today, Feb. 1, to end the assignment of Osama Al-Numeir as Acting CEO, while he will retain in his position as CEO of Shared Services.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company announced appointing Abdulaziz Al-Shahrani as CEO, effective today.
The company added that Al-Shahrani is an electrical engineer with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in quality management, and has professional experience since 2000 in the energy, industrial, and engineering projects sectors.
During his career, he has held several leadership and executive roles, including area manager, regional manager, project manager, head of power plant maintenance, and electrical design engineer.
He has extensive experience in managing projects, tenders, and budgets, as well as overseeing operations and the maintenance of power generation plants and high-voltage transmission and distribution networks.
According to Argaam data, the board had decided to assign Osama Al-Numeir, CEO of Shared Services, to act as CEO effective Nov. 3, 2025.
