Al Ashghal Al Moysra says MNGHA cancelled its bid after correction to procedure

Nomu-listed Al Ashghal Al Moysra Co. announced today, Feb. 2, the cancellation of a project awarded to it by the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA).

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the cancellation followed the correction of award procedures by the government entity.

The ministry reinstated the award to the first bidder and cancelled the award to Al Ashghal Al Moysra as the second bidder.

The decision was based on a ruling by the bid review committee formed after the first bidder, who offered the lower price, submitted a grievance.

According to data available on Argaam, Al Ashghal Al Moysra announced in September 2025 a project by MNGHA for SAR 2.24 million, including VAT.

The company noted at the time that the project involved providing refrigerated transport services for the materials management warehouses at King Abdullah Specialized Hospital-Qassim, which is affiliated with MNGHA.
