Hedab Alkhaleej says the term of the renewed facilities will expire on Dec. 31, 2026

Hedab Alkhaleej Trading Co. signed an agreement to renew Shariah-compliant banking facilities worth SAR 45 million with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the facilities expire on Dec. 31, 2026, and are guaranteed by a promissory note.

 

The credit facilities aim to finance working capital and to issue letters of credit.

 

The main agreement was signed in September 2024, but the parties completed the renewal documents on Feb. 9, 2026, the statement added.
