IHR signs service agreement with Zain KSA

International Human Resources Co. (IHR) signed today, Feb. 15, a service agreement with Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) to provide human resources and support services.

The contract value will be determined based on purchase orders issued by mutual agreement between the two parties in line with the price list stipulated in the agreement, according to a statement on Tadawul.

The 12-month agreement is renewable for a similar period unless either party gives 60 days’ prior notice before expiry.

The financial impact is expected to be positive upon receipt of separate purchase orders, and the company will disclose any that constitute a mandatory disclosure event under the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) rules, including the periods in which the impact will be reflected.
