Dar Al Majed Real Estate Company Announces the Opening of Nominations for Membership of the Board of Directors for the Upcoming Term

Dar Al Majed Real Estate Company announces the opening of nominations for membership of the Company’s Board of Directors for the upcoming term, which shall commence on 13 April 2026 and end on 12 April 2030, for a period of four (4) years.

Nomination for membership of the Board of Directors shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law, the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, and the Board of Directors Membership Policy, Criteria and Procedures (attached), as approved by the General Assembly.

Interested candidates are required to submit their nomination applications within the specified period and in accordance with the requirements set forth in this announcement. The election of the members of the Board of Directors for the new term shall take place during the General Assembly meeting, the date of which will be announced at a later time.

The Company will receive nomination applications from shareholders wishing to nominate themselves or one or more persons for membership on the Board of Directors, provided that the nominees meet the required membership conditions and qualifications, after completing all required electronic forms and attachments as set out in the Company’s Board Membership Policy, Criteria and Procedures (attached).
