GAS CEO transfers entire shareholding to 90%-owned company

GAS Arabian Services Co. (GAS) received a letter from Vice Chairman and CEO Faisal AlDabal, stating that he transferred all his 935,000 shares to a company in which he owns a 90% stake.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company explained that this step comes for the purposes of organization and financial restructuring, noting that the share transfer was executed through a negotiated deal.

 

The transfer was announced as part of strengthening the principles of governance and transparency.
