Al Arabia shareholders elect board members for new term

Al Arabia’s new board term starts March 18, 2026

Arabian Contracting Services Co.’s (Al Arabia) shareholders elected, in an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 15, members of the board of directors for a new four-year term starting on March 18, 2026.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the new board will include Dhafer AlShehri, Muhammad Al-Nimr, Munaji Zamakhshari, Mohamed Alkhereiji, Mohammed Al-Ghaith, Naif AlTheeb and Abeer Alessa.
