The Company wishes to draw the attention of non-resident investors that cash distributions are subject to withholding tax at a rate of 5% in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Law and its Executive Regulations.

 

Therefore, the company urges non-resident investors who have tax exemptions on dividends issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, to communicate with the Investor Relations Department to provide documents supporting tax exemption.

 

The Dividend will be through Al Rajhi Bank by direct bank transfer to shareholders’ bank accounts linked to their portfolios. The Company urges its shareholders to update their data and to make sure to link their bank accounts numbers to their investment portfolios to ensure the receipt of their cash dividends without delay. In case of non-receiving the dividend, please visit the nearest branch of Al Rajhi Bank along with the ID card to collect the dividend directly in cash.
