Sport Clubs opens 2 news clubs in Jeddah

Sport Clubs Co. announced today, April 12, the opening of two new clubs in Obhur Al Sheraa district, Jeddah. One is a men’s club under “Body Masters Premium” brand and the other one is a ladies’ club under “Body Motions” brand.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company explained that the total area of the new clubs spans about 9,185 square meters (sqm), including 166 parking spaces. The built-up area (BUA) exceeds 3,000 sqm for the men’s club and 2,500 sqm for the ladies’ club, featuring the latest equipment, services, and a comprehensive range of modern amenities.

The expansion comes as part of its ambitious strategy to strengthen its presence across various regions in the Kingdom and reflects its ongoing commitment to expand its footprint in the local market, the company added.

According to the statement, the financial impact of these two new clubs is expected to appear during the second quarter of this year.

Following the opening of the two new clubs, the total number of operating clubs reached a total of 61, of which 43 are men’s clubs and 18 for ladies.

The company has signed the lease contracts for 14 new clubs, most of which are either under construction or pending the necessary permits to commence development. These clubs, in addition to several others under negotiation, are expected to open within the next 13 months.
