Purity signs SAR 16.9M contract with NCGR

Purity for Information Technology Co. signed on April 8 a framework agreement with the National Center for Government Resources Systems (NCGR) at a total value of SAR 16.88 million (including VAT).

 

According to a statement to Tadawul, the agreement is for technical equipment works at NCGR’s headquarters within 36 months, with the financial impact expected to appear in Purity’s financial statements starting from fiscal year 2025/26.

 

All necessary procedures for signing the contract and receiving a copy of the agreement were completed today, April 12, noting that there were no related parties involved.

 

Purity received a letter of award for the framework agreement project for the technical preparation of NCGR’s building last March, according to Argaam’s data.
