Edarat finalizes steps to acquire 40% stake in MIS subsidiary

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) and Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. announced completing regulatory procedures for Edarat’s acquisition of a 40% stake in MIS subsidiary National Excellence Data Centers Co.

Accordingly, the company will proceed with its business operations, according to a two separate statements to Tadawul. The regulatory procedures were completed on April 27, 2026.

MIS announced, in October 2025, that its board approved Edarat joining as a partner in its subsidiary. MIS owns 1.51 million shares in Edarat, representing a 30% stake, according to data available on Argaam.
