Cenomi Centers says unrelated to Cenomi Retail case

Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) confirmed that the Capital Market Authority's (CMA) announcement on Wednesday regarding AFG International Co (Cenomi Retail) is unrelated to the company or its operations.

The company said on X that it continues to conduct its business and operations normally, based on its position as an independent company listed on the Saudi market, with an independent management team and governance framework.

Cenomi Centers added that it remains focused on enhancing sustainable growth and delivering long-term value across different regions of the Kingdom.

The CMA announced on Wednesday the referral of 17 suspects to the Public Prosecution in a case related to Cenomi Retail over suspected violations of the Capital Market Law and Companies Law, according to Argaam data.
