Saudi Chemical Holding Co. said its subsidiary, AJA Pharmaceutical Industries Co. (AJA Pharma), signed a non-exclusive agreement on June 15 with Glaxo Saudi Arabia Limited (GSK).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the agreement covers the provision of medical marketing services for a wide range of GSK pharmaceutical products in Saudi Arabia through AJA Pharma’s medical field teams.

The financial consideration is linked to a percentage of GSK’s sales in the Saudi market, in addition to performance indicators and the achievement of operational targets throughout the contract term.

The company expects the annual value of the contract to account for less than 5% of the group’s revenues.

The agreement will remain in effect for three years, with the option to renew.

Saudi Chemical expects the agreement to have a positive impact on its revenue and operating performance, with the financial impact expected to begin in Q3 2026.

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.

The company also noted that the agreement supports its strategy to expand its medical marketing and contract sales services in the Saudi market.

The deal was concluded on normal commercial terms and at arm’s length.
