Rawajeh Group and Flow Announce Strategic Partnership to Develop and Operate Branded Residential Communities in Saudi Arabia

Rawajeh Group, the leading Saudi investment and real estate development entity, and Flow, a global real estate brand and operator with an established presence in the Kingdom, have announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement that establishes an integrated model combining professional real estate development and operations under one umbrella.

As part of this partnership, a dedicated operations agreement was concluded, entrusting Flow with interior desing & operation and management of "Thara" - one of Rawajeh Group's flagship projects - marking the effective launch of this strategic alliance on the ground. Thara is a comprehensive real estate destination featuring luxury residential towers with innovative architectural facades, green spaces, and commercial and service amenities, in a strategic location that combines easy accessibility with modern quality of life.
