Tharwah launches AI-powered digital platform

Tharwah launched Thrwty, an AI-powered digital platform developed as one of the strategic products.

Tharwah Human Resources Co. launched Thrwty, an artificial intelligence-powered digital platform, as part of its strategy to expand its digital solutions business and diversify revenue streams, the company said in a Tadawul filing.

The platform integrates competency frameworks, internationally recognized psychometric assessments, and AI technologies to help individuals identify their skills and career interests, enabling data-driven education and career decisions. It also enables public and private sector organizations to attract and assess talent using competency-based evaluations rather than relying solely on traditional CVs.

Thrwty offers competency and career aptitude assessments, psychometric testing, AI-powered analysis, and personalized reports and career recommendations to support talent development, recruitment, and career guidance.

The company said the launch supports its strategy to strengthen human and organizational capabilities and reflects its commitment to developing locally built digital products that enhance workforce readiness in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Human Capability Development Program.

Tharwah said Thrwty marks a strategic step in expanding its portfolio of AI- and data-driven digital products, with scalable solutions targeting local and regional markets to support sustainable medium- and long-term growth.

The company said it will continue investing in the platform by adding new services and features to meet evolving customer needs and strengthen integration across its human capital development ecosystem.

Tharwah added that it is currently unable to determine the platform's financial impact and will disclose any material developments or financial effects in due course.
