In the urban design sector, citizen satisfaction with municipal services rose to 85% by the end of 2025, surpassing the 74% target, while per capita public space increased to 6.1 square meters, exceeding the target of 4.92 square meters.
Coverage of inhabited urban areas by stormwater drainage networks reached 51.62%, slightly above the 51.55% target. Implementation of the Saudi architecture initiative also reached 76%.
In the security sector, confidence in security services climbed to 99.86%, compared with a target of 90.5%.

The number of hotel rooms and serviced apartments increased from 255,300 in 2023 to nearly 597,000 by the end of 2025, exceeding the target by 59%.
Meanwhile, the number of cultural facilities reached 94 by the end of 2025, exceeding the target of 87 by about 8%. Visitors to national heritage and UNESCO sites totaled 14.1 million, compared with a target of 7.2 million.
