Saudi Chemical awards SAR 56.5M contract to build Jeddah warehouse

Saudi Chemical Co. Holding, through its subsidiary Saudi International Trading Co. Limited (SITCO Pharma), announced awarding the construction and civil works of the new warehouse project in Jeddah to Rafic A. Kreidie Contracting Co., at a total value of SAR 56.5 million.

 

It explained that the contract award came after completion of the contracting process and fulfillment of the technical and regulatory requirements necessary for the project, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The project is expected to enhance logistics efficiency and strengthen inventory management and distribution capabilities, thereby supporting the company’s future growth and expansion plans, it added.

 

Saudi Chemical said, in September 2025, that its board approved the construction of a new advanced warehouse in Jeddah at a total cost of SAR 75 million. Commercial operations is set to begin in Q1 2027, as per Argaam’s data.
