Advanced Building Industries Co. (SENAAT) said that its subsidiary, Advance Construction Solutions Co. for Projects (ZODCON), signed a SAR 232.74 million contract, excluding VAT, with HAMAT to execute a project.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the project covers all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works for an integrated shopping mall in Makkah.

 

The 15-month contract was awarded and signed on July 30.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.

 

The company expects a positive financial impact from the deal to begin reflecting in Q4 2026 results.
