Rawasi Albina delays H1 2026 financial results

Rawasi Albina says it was unable to publish its H1 2026 preliminary financial results within the regulatory deadline due to the ongoing final review of its statements.

Rawasi Albina Investment Co. stated that it was unable to publish its preliminary financial results for H1 2026 on the Saudi Exchange website within the regulatory deadline.

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the delay was due to the final review of the financial statements not yet being completed, preventing the company from publishing its results within the specified regulatory timeframe.

Besides, additional time is required to complete certain financial reconciliations and adjustments related to several accounts and ongoing projects, as well as obtaining the necessary confirmations and documents from certain external parties. It is necessary to fulfill the requirements for preparing and reviewing the financial statements and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the related data and disclosures.

The company said it is currently coordinating with the external auditor and relevant parties to complete the procedures and finalize the review. The financial results will be published on the Saudi Exchange website once the review is completed and the financial statements are approved, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Rawasi reaffirmed its commitment to disclosing any material developments related to the matter and announcing developments without delay.

It will also continue to provide periodic updates regarding its inability to publish the financial results in accordance with the relevant requirements and regulations.

Moreover, the company is working to finalize the financial statements in coordination with the external auditor and publish them immediately upon approval. It added that it will publish the financials within no more than 20 trading sessions following the session on which trading is suspended.

The company noted that stock trading is scheduled to be suspended on Sept. 2, 2026. The suspension procedures will be applied in accordance with the listing rules.

Rawasi will provide monthly updates regarding its inability to publish the financial results and will make any material announcements without delay.
