Alhasoob says unable to publish H1 2026 results

Alhasoob Co. said it was unable to publish its preliminary financial results for the first half of 2026 on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website within the regulatory deadline because the final review of its interim financial statements for the period had not been completed.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the delay was due to a request by its external auditor for additional reports on certain items in the financial statements. The reports require accredited external parties to conduct specialized technical studies, which is taking additional time to complete.

As a result, the company was unable to receive the final draft of its interim financial statements within the regulatory deadline and could not publish the results on time.

The company said it is working to complete the technical requirements in coordination with its external auditor and the relevant parties. It will publish the financial results once the review is completed and the interim financial statements are approved.

Alhasoob said it remains committed to disclosing any material developments related to the matter without delay and to providing periodic updates on its inability to publish the results in line with applicable requirements and regulations.

The company said it was working with its external auditor to finalize the financial statements and publish them once approved. The statements will be published within no more than 20 trading sessions following the session on which trading in its listed securities is suspended.

Trading in the company's listed securities will be suspended in accordance with the Listing Rules, with the suspension taking effect on Sept. 2, the company said.

Alhasoob will provide monthly updates on its inability to publish the financial results and will disclose any material developments without delay.
