Announcement Detail Sinad Holding Company "the Company" announces that Alessa Cooling and Air Conditioning Company, one of the and wholly owned subsidiaries of Alessa Industries Company, in which Sinad Holding Company owns 38% of its capital, has concluded in 17-02-2025 with Elaraby Industrial Group from the Arab Republic of Egypt a strategic alliance agreement in the fields of manufacturing, supply chains and research and development, during Big 5 Construct Saudi exhibition that was held from 15 to 18 February 2025 in Riyadh, under the patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and the National Industrial Development Center, and this alliance between the two companies comes in line with the localization of advanced industries and increasing the percentage of Local content at various stages of production, including supply chains, adoption of the latest international technologies, innovation, research and development, as Elaraby Industrial Group, which was established since 1964 in the Arab Republic of Egypt, is one of the ancient and leading companies with its experience spanning more than 60 years in the fields of industry and electronics. This alliance is expected to have a positive impact on improving and developing the operational performance of Alessa Industries in the coming period.
