Purity expects to publish H1 2026 results by Oct. 29

Purity for Information Technology said it was unable to publish its annual financial results for the year ended June 30, 2026, on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) within the statutory deadline.

The company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sept. 30 that the delay was due to its external auditor not having completed the approval of its audit work on the annual financial statements as of the date of the announcement.

Purity said it had fulfilled all updated requirements requested by the external auditor and discussed certain accounting treatments related to specific items. The company has also continued to provide all required documents and data as needed.

It is working to complete discussions with the external auditor on certain audit requirements needed to finalize the review of the annual financial statements during October, it said.

The company expects to publish its financial results within the statutory 20-trading-session period, no later than Oct. 29.

Trading in the company's listed securities will be suspended on Oct. 1, Purity said. The suspension procedures applicable to listed securities under the Listing Rules will apply.

The company will provide regular updates on the delay in publishing its financial results and will announce any material developments without delay, it said.

Purity confirmed that the delay in publishing its annual financial results was due solely to the completion of the audit work and had no impact on its operations. It added that the delay also prevented it from publishing its annual board report, as the report is linked to the annual financial statements.
