The number of National Commercial Bank (NCB) branches in the Kingdom rose to 324 after inaugurating two new branches, one in Qatif and the other in Jazan.
Opening the two new branches is a step in the bank’s expansionary plan to keep pace with the continuous growth in the number of customers and increased demand for the bank’s personal services; Vice CEO Mr. Saad Al-Abdally said.
The General Assembly of the NCB, the largest Saudi bank in terms of assets, recently approved raising the bank’s capital to SAR 20bn through the issuance of bonus shares as well as offering 15% of the bank’s capital after raise for IPO; data compiled by Argaam.
