Sahara's GA approves 50% capital raise through SAR 1.46 bn rights issue

The Extraordinary General Assembly of Sahara Petrochemical Company (Sahara) approved 50% capital raise (from SAR 2.93 bn to SAR 4.39 bn) through SAR 1.46 bn rights issue, in its meeting held on Tuesday November, 29, 2011.
