Maadaniyah’s CEO resigns, Al-Otaibi replaces him as of October 1

The National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Company (Maadaniyah) said its chief executive Saleh bin Abdulkarim Al-Obaid had submitted his resignation to the company on September 28 and it was accepted afterwards.

The company appointed Shakir bin Nafil Al-Otaibi as new chief executive officer effective October 1, 2014, a filing to Tadawul said.
