Almarai inaugurates SAR 5 billion- poultry production facility in Hail

Almarai Co., Saudi Arabia’s largest food producer by market value, opened a SAR 5 billion- poultry production facility near Hail, north center of Saudi Arabia, on April 10, the company’s Chairman Prince Sultan bin Mohamed Al-Kabir was quoted as saying.

The new facility has an annual capacity of 200 million birds and creates 3000 jobs for Saudis, he added.

The diary giant is expanding into the poultry industry to diversify its products, improve its cash flow through tapping into a growing poultry market in Saudi Arabia.
