SADAFCO RECEIVES SAR 2.3M INTEREST ON MURABAHA DEPOSIT UGB

Reference to the companys announcement on 16th March 2013 relating to the Board of Directors decision to renew the Murabaha deposit of SAR 75 million with United Gulf Bank in the Kingdom of Bahrain (related party) till 8th July 2013 at a rate of 3% per annum.
SADAFCO confirms the renewal of the deposit till 8th July 2013, at a rate of 3% per annum and the receipt of SAR 2,268,750 representing the 3% per annum profit on the Murabaha deposit of SAR 75 million which matured on 27th March 2013.
