Takween appoints Abdel Mohsen al-Othman as acting CEO effective Oct 1

Takween Advanced Industries, which manufactures packaging plastic products, appointed on Aug 25 board member Abdel Mohsen al-Othman as acting chief executive officer, effective October 1 after the current CEO, Ali Abdel Razzak al-Shaeir had resigned for personal reasons-  effective Sept 30-, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
