Takween seeks to buy textile factory

The board of directors of Takween Advanced Industries agreed to submit a bid to buy the textile factory owned by Al-Ahsa Development Company, according to a Tadawul filing.

The company said it will announce the project details and strategy on operating the factory.

April 17 is the deadline for bids.
