AMIANTIT’S SUBSIDIARY FINALISES PURCHASE OF FIBERGLASS FIRM STAKE

Further to the announcement on Tadawul on February 4, 2013 regarding Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company’s 99% owned Amiantit Fiberglass Industries signing of deal to buy minority shareholders’ stake in Fiberglass Pipe Company located at Dammam Second Industrial City in return for SAR 6.4 million, the company announces that it finalized all the regulatory procedures of the deal today.

The deal will be financed by company’s internal resources.
