Emaar Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Emaar Properties, teamed up with Meraas Holding to launch Rove Hotels in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Both companies said 10 other hotels will be rolled out under the new brand by 2020 in prime locations across the Emirate.

Rove falls under the medium category hotels. Rooms have a floor area of 26 square meters, Emaar said in statement.

The developer said it made great progress in its first project Rove Za'abeel. This hotel will be followed by five projects in Al Wasl, Port Saeed, Al Jafiliya, Oud Metha and Dubai Marina.

Located opposite to Dubai Mall, Rove Za'abeel has 420 luxurious rooms on 14 levels. Construction has been completed with the hotel opening in 2015.

Rove Hotels support Dubai’s expectations for attracting 20 million visitors by 2020, on hosting of the World Expo 2020.
