Saudi Kayan president resigns for ‘personal’ reasons

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company’s board of directors approved on Saturday the resignation of president Mazyad Serdah Al-Khaldi, who stepped down for “personal” reasons.

His resignation will be effective from March 31, according to the company’s statement to Tadawul, Saudi Arabia’s bourse.
