Arabia Insurance to wrap up second phase of rights issue

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC) will end​ today​ the second phase of its rights issue, which began on April 26.

 
Shareholders of record were entitled to subscribe to the new shares during the three-day period.
 

The remaining shares will be re-offered to institutional investors on May 3 at 10 a​.​m​.​ ​local time ​until 10 a​.​m​.​ the following day.
