ABDICO says lawsuit against board members, ex-chairman 'still pending'

A lawsuit filed against Al Baha for Development & Investment Co. Investment Co.'s (ABDICO) former chairman and board members is "still pending", the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.

 

The hearing was postponed to December 5, 2015, it added.
