Tadawul raises commissions on tradable rights, ETFs today

10/09/2017 Argaam

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) will start applying the new trading commissions for exchange traded funds (ETFs) and tradable rights as of today, Sep. 10.

The new commissions will be the same as the trading commissions for listed shares and Real Estate Investment Funds (REITs).

Accordingly, trading commissions for tradable rights and ETFs stand at 0.155 percent, equal to 15.5 basis points (bps) of transaction value.

In July 2016, the commission on trades of listed firms was raised from 12 bps to 15.5 bps per transaction, or SAR 15.5 for every transaction worth SAR 10,000.
