AlBaha shareholders update corporate governance

AlBaha Investment and Development Co.’s general assembly approved on Monday updated corporate governance and amended rules for the audit committee and nominations and remunerations committee, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved updating the remuneration policy for board members and executives.
