SGS shareholders approve board rules, remuneration policy

Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) shareholders approved on Wednesday the updated rules for remunerations and nominations committee and audit committee.

 

The shareholders also approved amended policies and standards of board membership and remunerations policies for board members and executives, the firm said in a bourse statement.
