SPPC appoints Al-Mufarraj as managing director, acting CEO

Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. (SPPC) has appointed Fahad Al-Mufarraj as managing director and acting chief executive officer (CEO), effective December 24, 2017, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The appointment came after the board decided to dismiss the company’s CEO, Ghassan Zatary, starting December 23, 2017.

 

Al-Mufarraj, an executive member at SPPC board, has resigned from his position as a member of the audit committee while retaining his position as member of the board.
