Abdulrahman Al-Sakran resigns from GO’s board

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) independent board member Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Sakran has resigned on Feb. 15 from the board and from heading the auditing committee for personal reasons, the telco said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.

 

GO’s board of directors approved his resignation on Feb. 18, effective immediately.
