SADAFCO names new chairman, vice-chairman

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) has appointed Hamad Sabah Al-Ahmad as chairman and Faisal Hamad Mubarak Al Ayyar as vice chairman for the three-year term starting April 1, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved appointing the board secretary and setting up the remuneration and nomination committee, it added.
