SEDCO Capital REIT plans dividend for Q2 2018

SEDCO Capital REIT Fund will pay a 1.525 percent cash dividend for the second quarter of 2018, at SAR 0.1525 per unit, amounting to SAR 9.15 million, fund manager SEDCO Capital said in a bourse statement.

 

The dividend represents 1.57 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of June 30, 2018, the fund manager added.

 

This is the first time for the fund to distribute dividend since its listing in Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on May 1, 2018.
