EIC’s shareholders elect board members for new term

Electrical Industries Co.’s (EIC) ordinary general assembly on Sunday elected eight board members for the new three-year terms starting from Sept. 10, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

The elected members are:

- Yousuef Ali Al Quraishi

- Mahmoud Al-Toukhi

- Talal Ahmad Al Zamil

- Faisal Saleh Al Quraishi

- Fahad Saad Al Tuwaijri

- Badr Ibrahim Al-Swailem

- Tarik bin Mohamed Al Tuheiny

- Jameel Abdullah

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee for the new term, as well as its tasks, regulations and the remunerations of its members.
