Al Jouf Agricultural EGM approves amending bylaws

Al Jouf Agricultural Development Co.’s extraordinary general assembly held on Monday approved amending the company’s bylaws related to the board of directors’ power, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders have also approved bylaws related to general assembly invitations, committee’s reports and financial documents.
